What does is mean when a guy has a lump in his ?

Uhmm lol this is really awkward for me asking this but I heard my parents talking because my older bro has to go to the doctor cuz he found a lump in his ,and I was just wondering what that means and asked it on here cuz I dont want to ask my parents or my bro.Im 13 and my bro is 22.
