Am i overreacting to this?

ive been seeing this girl for about a year. long story short we fell in love but we live in different states and she ended up ending the relationship because i was being too overbearing. about two months later she started talking to me and for about the past three months we've been acting sort of like were boyfriend and girlfriend and for valentines day she sent me a text saying i was still in her heart and would always be her "tiger" (that was my pet name) but i feel like shes holding back on me. she doesnt really text me as much but when she does she'll be like sorry ive been busy and she misses me, but i feel like she would make some time for me if she really missed me. maybe im over reacting. i just need some feedback, tips or any advice you have. many points for whoever can give me constructive criticism.. she just confuses me so much i never have been able to completely figure her out.
