Has anyone got Anti-K in their blood and pregnant?

I have been told that I have Anti-Kell antibodies in my blood which I got from a blood transfusion. I had a titre of 16 and now it has shot up to 64. Does anyone know what this means for my baby and has anyone had this whilst pregnant? If so, please let me know what happened with you. I am 7 months pregnant now. Thank you.
