Has anyone had a c-section and umbilical hernia repair done at the same time?

We are having our 3rd son in a couple weeks. I had c-sections with the first two and am planning a c-section for this one as well only this time I will also be having an umbilical hernia repair at the same time. With our first two sons I had no help at home after I got out of the hospital. Hubby had to go back to work immediatley working 12 hr shifts and so I was on my own. I ripped my incision back open with my 2nd son because I was mopping up a spill four weeks after he was born. So... this time when we first found out that we were expecting we specifically asked hubbies mom to come out and help because I was told by the doc that we HAD to have someone to help out for at least the first four weeks. So we set up to have MIL come out to help for two and then hubby would take his 2 wk vacation for the rest. Just found out today the MIL is has changed HER plans and will only be out for a few days, she will be heading home the day before I get out of the hospital. So, she will be
