Should i beat this guy up?

I live in Texas right accross the border, and theres this kid who lives in Mexico, but attends high school over here. Well during lunch i always need to use the restroom and when i go this kid from Mexico is always trashing the place with his friends. He throws all the paper towels to the toilets and is always flooding the restroom. Hes hit me with a wet paper towel before Also in cl hes always acting impulsive and immature. Well what should i do about this guy? Should i beat him up? Or what?
