You write well. I don't know if I understand it entirely but the inability to break free seems to drive your words. My compliments. As to copyright, as soon as you post, it is copyrighted. Outside of becoming a famous poet, flattery would be someone stealing some of your words, but that is just me. Poetry is not an endeavor to make money but to sate one's soul. Keep writing.
