What do you think..is my friend stalling on purpose?

He is a creep. First off if a true friend had intentions of giving you the money you would have it by now. Second off if he was a good friend he wouldn't be trying to brush up on you when your are in a relationship...Get rid of him now he is NO GOOD....I hope your money problems work out
