When treating msra in a cocyxx wound that hasn't colonized is it safe to leave it be without anitibiotics?

I'm guess you mean MRSA and absolutely not, it is not OK. You should def get some antibiotics and MRSA is easily spread if you are in close contact with others. Go to the doctor for you sake and others.
