I've been in and out of physiotherapy for the last 5 months and am starting to hate running. What should I do?
So I've been doing track for the last 2 years. I loved it. In fact, last year I was top 100 in the nation for middle school in the 800 meters (2:19) and top 200 in the nation for the 400 meters (58.9). However, I over-trained during cross country seasoned, which caused overuse in both Achilles Tendons. I started track again in December, but was once again plagued with knee and Achilles problems. I have been in physiotherapy since then, and the future is not looking any brighter. I am starting to hate running. What should I do?
