What activities can a 16 year old do for humanitarian aid?

See what is available through your church groups. Also, you can join the Red Cross or the St. John's Ambulance - they will teach you basic first aid and you'll be sent out to local events (sports events, concerts, etc.) with more experienced teammates and that will be your first exposure to helping out in a large crowd. I don't know what city you live in, but almost every big city has an area (usually in the downtown area) where homeless and transient people gather. There are usually several agencies located in that area that offer meals, accommodation, social service help, etc. and these agencies always need volunteers to do everything from clean the office to helping serve meals or answer phones. These early exposures to community service will give you an idea of what it's like to work with disadvantaged people, and it will also get your name known within the helping community. As you get older you will find yourself being given more responsible tasks and maybe even giving you a paid job. In College you will want to focus on Social Services, Psychology, Anthropology, Nursing or Medicine - courses like that. Once you have graduated you will be able to join international aid groups like the Red Cross, UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders, etc. and go on overseas missions. Good luck! It's a great life, helping other people.
